He started out as a Telecom Engineer but with his business acumen and expertise in the industry, he initiated in 1989 as a Push Button Telephone Manufacturer in India, and ever since then he’s never looked back. He later got into manufacturing of Satellite Dish & Media Receiver, Commissioned India’s First Private Group Telephone Exchange, and then stepped into the International market with Telecom Billing & Engineering Services in 2000.
Mohit Rao, the Executive Director of the Bankai Group heads all the operational, business integration and business development activities of the company. He counsels at all levels of management on operational effectiveness and related strategic issues. He has gained an exceptional experience of more than 25 years across Telecommunications and IT domains after completing his B.E. Computer Science from a prestigious university.
He is an integral part of the Bankai Group, actively involved in developing and implementing optimized strategies to integrate acquired businesses by leveraging the existing back office and technical resources. He leads the organizational transformation from the front and sets structured processes, policies, performance improvement, and realignment throughout the company.
Priyanka Brahmbhatt is the Executive Director and Group Strategist at Bankai Group excelling at retention initiatives, digital strategizing, and analytics. At Bankai Group, Priyanka works with the C-level management to leverage technology products internally and externally with implementable go-to-market strategies. Her focus is on technological developments across American, European and Latin American. She also strategizes forecast of products, team management and finalizes organizational policies.
Siddharth Shah is the Chief Financial Officer at Bankai Group and is responsible for the company’s financial strategies, planning, and operations in addition to directing key corporate finance initiatives.
He has 20+ Years of successful Entrepreneur experience as certified Chartered Accountant in India. A 42-year veteran of the telecom industry, He is an experienced financial and operating executive in both start-up and mature operating environments. Most recently, he served as an independent financial advisor specializing in asset valuations, capital structures, mergers, and acquisitions.
Nakul Rege, the Chief Growth Officer of the Bankai Group plays a crucial role in strategy development and auditing the processes of the company. He is responsible for identifying new opportunities and increasing existing business by making the company’s portfolio of several powerful international brands available to all major sectors of the global telecom economy. He joined the Bankai Group in 2010 and has 35+ years of rich experience with MBA from Rutgers University, New Jersey.
Jay Jayasimha is the Group Chief Technology Officer at Bankai Group. He has 30+ years of rich experience in both US and International markets. Jay plays a comprehensive leadership role in the technology vertical and mentors the current executive leadership team. He determines goals and guides teams to achieve them, thus driving revenue and EBITDA.
Jay is an expert in areas of IP-based real time communications, SDN, NFV, cloud orchestration, IoT, FinTech, next generation networking services, switching and mobile technologies. He holds multiple patents to his credit and is a highly regarded speaker within the Telecom and Tech industries.
Mark Hatam is the Chief Product Officer at Bankai Group with over 20 years of experience in product management, specifically handling business & network optimization solutions. At Bankai Group’s technology unit, Mark leads the BSS, NSS and MFS solution teams and innovates the products and services.
Mark has worked as part of the senior management team at Telarix, Verizon and Bell Atlantic to handle system integration, back-office automation, business intelligence and network optimization. He is an esteemed member of the Global Business Exchange for Telecom that aims to adopt electronic exchange principals for international wholesale commercial, operational and financial transactions and foster collaboration amongst carriers using best practices and transformational solutions.
Manoj Jain is the Chief Marketing Officer at Bankai Group. He is actively involved in streamlining Bankai’s global go-to strategy and accelerate company growth. Manoj is responsible for the group’s marketing strategies, branding and communication and product positioning. He also mentors Product Management Group and Sales team with his thought leadership skills. He holds a rich experience of over 18 years in brand management.
Mr. Parag Agarwal is the Chief Sales Officer (CSO) at Bankai Group. He brings on board a strong reach of CXO network in telecom, MNO, MVNO and financial institutions across various geographies. Parag’s rich experience and proven track record as a seasoned sales professional plays an instrumental role in expanding the sales reach of the organization.
Parag is responsible for driving the global sales of our Telecom and MFS product and solution offerings. He is set to meet and exceed regional as well as global sales milestones of revenues & EBITDA arenas. As a CSO, Parag leads and drives global sales, pre-sales and overall sales operations.
